The Overview
Our Customer Success Managers are the driving force behind building lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve their business goals. Your ability to understand client needs, deliver exceptional support, and identify growth opportunities will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships, enhancing customer retention, and contributing to our overall success.
Your Workdays Can Include the Following Tasks:
- Manage relationships with a book of customers, ultimately driving adoption, growth, and retention.
- Build trust with a broad range of stakeholders, from C-level Executives to Department Leads to day-to-day users to help facilitate value recognition and promote additional usage of HubSpot.
- Identify, strategize, and execute account expansions, feature upsells, and cross-selling.
- Promote maximum value of the service, and identify new opportunities to ensure growth attainment.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the unique business challenges faced by customers along with their common objectives.
- Monitor usage, proactively contact customers upon low usage, and deliver effective solutions to improve overall experience and product adoption.
- Run, build, and maintain regular cadence calls with key stakeholders.
- Evaluate and prioritize customer issues and inquiries and drive effective resolutions.
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
- 1-2 years of Customer Success experience preferred.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “get things done” attitude.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of customers with amazing task and time management.
- A+ organization skills.
- Experience upselling, cross-selling, and expanding a book of business.
- Experience carrying a retention and upsell monthly quota target.
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for strategy and execution.
- Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred.
