The Overview

The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving qualified leads, nurturing prospect engagement, and fueling the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals. Your expertise in data-driven strategies and multichannel marketing campaigns will be essential in generating demand for our offerings, enhancing brand visibility, and ultimately supporting overall growth initiatives. 

Your Workdays Can Include the Following Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our sales and business objectives, targeting key verticals and new market opportunities.
  • Implement and optimize a variety of marketing campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up, ultimately improving conversion rates and shortening the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, including nurturing programs and lead scoring models.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of lead generation channels, focusing on A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and budget efficiency.
  • Partner closely with content and creative teams to develop compelling assets and messaging that drive audience engagement and align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, audience segments, and channels that can enhance our lead-generation efforts.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle within HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, effective lead tracking, and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to measure, monitor, and communicate the impact of demand generation activities to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

  • Proven track record in demand generation for a B2B company, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles, with a strong understanding of lead generation channels and strategies including email marketing, paid advertising, and content syndication.
  • Solid experience with performance tracking and data analysis, with a keen ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, creative, and content teams to drive shared goals.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
