When comparing the best marketing, sales, and customer service software platforms, there's no doubt that HubSpot stands tall in this increasingly competitive field.

They bring all the tools you need under one roof, and their growing list of integrations allows businesses to build a complete tech stack that works for them.

One of the best parts of the HubSpot experience is that it's built to grow with you. They also offer a "free tools" subscription that provides a smattering of marketing tools to help you learn the HubSpot platform and try out various things before committing to a monthly (or yearly) subscription.

Wondering what you get for the price of each subscription? HubSpot has a wide range of price points that can be difficult to understand at first. That's why we provide you with this guide to HubSpot's pricing to help clarify what you're paying for when you choose one tier over another.

What Is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a full-stack inbound marketing, sales, and customer service software platform that allows companies to attract site visitors, convert more leads, and ultimately close more deals.

HubSpot’s arsenal of tools helps you to create and host webpages and landing pages, run email campaigns, write blogs, and manage your contacts and interactions.

In addition to these items, HubSpot also allows you to track and analyze user behavior with ease. Their tools can make a difference at each and every touchpoint in the buyer’s journey.

Here are some of the tools that are comprised of the full-suite of HubSpot software:

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub: Landing pages, emails, social media, blogs, SEO, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • HubSpot CMS: Website themes, drag-and-drop editor, local website development, and multi-language content creation.
  • HubSpot Sales Hub: Free calling, email sequences, email templates, pipeline tracking, and meeting scheduling.
  • HubSpot CRM: Activity tracking, contact information and management, real-time chat, and pipeline visibility.
  • HubSpot Service Hub: Support tickets, live chat, knowledge base, reporting and goals, customer feedback, and conversational bots.
  • HubSpot Operations Hub: Data sync, business process automation, data health management, sandbox accounts for beta testing modifications, and advanced data calculations and prep.
  • HubSpot Commerce Hub: Manage invoices, create quotes, manage subscriptions, collect payments, and set up custom billing automation.
  • HubSpot CRM Suite: A package deal that combines the Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations, and Commerce Hub under a single subscription for a fraction of the price of acquiring each separately.

This list is just a brief overview of some of the fantastic capabilities of HubSpot's platform and tools. At this point, you may be wondering about the price tag of these tools and features.

Let’s take a look at some package options and numbers.

A Breakdown of HubSpot Pricing Tiers

With the different hub options you have with HubSpot, there are a variety of features and pricing tiers available to you. For the pricing tiers, the options consist of a starter tier, a professional tier, and an enterprise tier.

You can also purchase any combination of the HubSpot tools and tiers that you want in a custom bundle, or get the CRM suite bundle that combines all of the Hubs in a set tier.

We’re going to break it down tool by tool for you in the simplest way possible so you can decide what the best options are for your organization.

Important Note: HubSpot is constantly refining and reworking its subscription services. As such, subscription pricing, tiers, and features may be subject to change without notice. Please check HubSpot's pricing page for the latest pricing and feature information.

7. HubSpot CRM Suite

Don't want to stick with just one suite of HubSpot tools? Need a little (or a lot) of everything HubSpot has to offer? Consider picking up a HubSpot CRM Suite subscription! The CRM Suite combines multiple Hubs in a single bill:

  • Marketing Hub
  • Sales Hub
  • Service Hub
  • CMS Hub
  • Operations Hub
  • Commerce Hub

The CRM Suite has three subscription tiers, and provides each Hub at the correlating tier (where applicable): Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

CRM Suite Pricing

  • Starter: $30/month billed month to month or $20/month when billed annually ($240/year)

  • Enterprise: Billed yearly at a rate of $5,000/month ($60,000/year)

Each of these tiers mirror the tiers for the individual hubs in terms of features provided. The Starter tier is ideal for new startup businesses who are just coming to grips with CRM, data management, marketing, sales, and service tools but need more than what the free tools provide.

Meanwhile, the Professional CRM Suite provides more comprehensive tools for companies that need more and have mature sales, service, and marketing needs.

The Enterprise CRM Suite provides the most comprehensive version of HubSpot for businesses that want every advantage for their marketing, sales, service, HR, operations, and other internal teams.
